Roanoke County Police say a woman recruit and a woman instructor are hurt, after a crash at the joint County/City training center near Dixie Caverns.
Officers tell us a 22-year-old woman recruit ran off the road during a low-speed training exercise. The car went down a hill, and flipped in a creek.
Police say a 32-year-old woman instructor was in the training car along with the recruit.
EMS crews took both women to the hospital. Police say the women are expected to survive.
Investigators are trying to figure out what caused the crash.
