Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of business, representing Inform and serving as partners' primary point of contact. Work closely with Business Development to smoothly transition new partners into the Inform content exchange. The ideal candidate is one who is organized and detail-oriented, can multi-task and manage shifting priorities, and who can offer exceptional legal services to colleagues and senior management. This position will provide legal support to all business units and will be responsible for providing legal services relating to all aspects of the business and working on a variety of legal matters, including reviewing advertising agreements and structuring, negotiating and drafting content license agreements, vendor agreements, and a range of other contracts.

Overview
This position is on our new Local Broadcast team, and is focused on bringing the most value to our broadcast partners that participate in the Inform platform. The position works directly with our VP Local Broadcast to evaluate the success of our broadcast partners and develop best practices and product ideas to help grow their business.
A Manager, Local Broadcast will foster and grow relationships with broadcast partners and will actively learn and understand their business as it relates to digital content and video. This includes the opportunities to help that partner increase the viewing of their video, as well as the understanding of the costs and labor involved in producing digital video.
This position will champion the needs of our broadcast partners throughout all aspects of the Inform organization including: operations, support, ad sales, product development and strategy. Broadcasters will look to this person as a partner to grow their business.

- Identify strategic opportunities to upsell against partners strategies
- Communicate regularly with the Sales team to understand inventory demands, opportunities for focus/growth, and client feedback regarding publisher inventory
- Proactively communicate company’s value proposition, educate partners on market trends and identify growth opportunities, educate partners on the company’s product suite
Requirements
- 7-10 years of project management or account management experience working directly with clients
- Proven ability to grow/upsell accounts towards revenue goals
- Strong ability and desire to interface with clients both remotely and face-to-face, to provide timely, consistent and accurate support.
- A solid understanding of web technologies and the digital media revenue ecosystem, including web advertising measurements and analytics
- Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
- Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative in order to pull all necessary resources for the client
- Intelligent, outgoing individual with strong interpersonal skills and solid work ethic, "roll up your sleeves and get it done attitude."

Responsibilities
- Responsible for design, build test, and support distributed computing applications with a focus on data analysis.
- Lead engineering projects and support leads of other projects.
- Work closely with data scientists and product engineering team to identify opportunities and define data products.
- Work with QA team to ensure effective quality assurance practices.
- Develop new product experiments and analyze results.
- Engage in peer review of design, code and practices of other engineers, including your own.
- Present product development ideas and develop prototypes/experiments to demonstrate them.
- Learn and implement new technologies and algorithms.
- Evangelize and educate both internally and externally about engineering work at Inform.
- Assist in recruiting other engineers.
Requirements
- Experience leading software development projects.
- Expertise with at least one other programming language preferred.
- 5+ years experience with one of Python, Java or C++, preferably with more than one.
- 1+ years experience with distributed computing/big data systems.
- 3+ years experience with building large scale, highly available applications.
- 5+ years experience with SQL and RDBM's.
- 1+ years experience with Hadoop, NoSQL data stores, or distributed RDBMS’s, 3+ years experience preferred.
- Experience with successful agile development methods strongly preferred.
- Expertise with systems software development preferred.
- Strong communication and data presentation skills preferred.
- Expertise with functional/declarative programming preferred.
