Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

INFORM respects the intellectual property rights of others. However, INFORM does not independently confirm that all content made available through the INFORM Sites or Services is provided by a valid rights holder. INFORM will promptly remove materials from the INFORM Sites or Services in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) if properly notified that the materials infringe a third party’s copyright. In the event that INFORM becomes aware that a person who is not a valid rights holder has provided content published on or through an INFORM Site or through a Service, INFORM may, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the publication of such content. In addition, INFORM may terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
