- Jack is responsible for keeping abreast of market demands and ensuring the software is able to exceed the needs of both consumers and publishers. He leads all technology and data initiatives. Jack has been employed at Inform since its inception and has previously taught computer science courses such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Organization and Principles of Programming Languages. Many of his former students have been recruited to be part of Inform's outstanding team.
- Jack also has a keen interest in medical and health technology. He has created systems to detect and reduce medical errors in the emergency room and has had research published in the prestigious Clinical Cancer Research journal entitled "Allelic Loss on Chromosome 13q in Human Prostate Carcinoma".

- Joseph co-founded Inform Technologies Inc. in 2004. Joe invented and developed the patent pending Inform technology platform and has scaled the technology, engineering and taxonomy operations to its current staff of 60. Joseph oversees Inform's technology offerings as well as client technology development and implementation.
- Prior to Inform, Joseph was the first employee and technologist at Capital IQ, a corporate information service, which was acquired by the Standard & Poor's division of McGraw-Hill for $225 million in September 2004.

- Paul joined Inform in June 2007 and is responsible for finance, administration, and human resources. Before joining Inform, Paul was at Reprise Media for over three years, where he was instrumental in scaling the business prior to its acquisition by Interpublic Group. Paul has played similar roles to help develop a number of successful startups in the technology, software, and financial services industries including CFO of DataVox Technologies and Dealogic Inc.

- David Murray

- Senior VP, Product Management
- David joined Inform in May 2008 to lead new product development initiatives out of Silicon Valley with the goal of improving the quality of content and user experience on the web. Prior to joining Inform, David worked on Google Lively and Gmail where he launched features such as IMAP, group chat, and paid storage. He received Google's EMG Award and the Google Founders' Award. In parallel, he was co-founder, CTO, and sole engineer for music sharing website HotMosh.com. David graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Carnegie Mellon as a triple-major in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, and Voice Performance. He will soon complete his M.S. in Computer Science at Stanford. David was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, speaks several languages, and has performed in dozens of plays, operas, and musicals, including professional roles in Boston, Pittsburgh, and Italy.

- General Partner
- Santo Politi is a founder and General Partner of Spark Capital. Mr. Politi has led Spark's investments in Admeld, Inform, Genie, KickApps and Me.dium. He has also participated in Spark's investments in thePlatform (acquired by Comcast) as a board member.
- Mr. Politi most recently was a Partner Charles River Ventures with an investment focus on media and entertainment infrastructure. His investments at CRV include Big Band Networks (NASDAQ:BBND), Broadbus Technologies (acquired by Motorola), and Groove Mobile.
- Prior to joining Charles River Ventures in early 2001, Mr. Politi served as President of New Media for Blockbuster Entertainment (NYSE:BBI), where he was responsible for establishing a new operating division focused on extending the company beyond its brick and mortar retail stores into digital broadcast and video on demand.
- Before his work at Blockbuster, Mr. Politi co-founded BT Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm affiliated with Bankers Trust. Some of his successful investments at BT Venture Partners include Aether Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:AETH), Novatel Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVTL) and Digital Think (NASDAQ:DTHK).
- Mr. Politi has held various engineering and management positions with the Video Systems Division of Matsushita Electric Industrial in Osaka, Japan; Panasonic Broadcast and Television Systems Company and Weston Instruments, a subsidiary of Schlumberger Industries.
- Mr. Politi holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Electrical Engineering from NJIT and a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Physics from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. Mr. Politi is fluent in Japanese, conversational in Spanish and French and is a native Turkish speaker. Mr. Politi is the recipient of an EMMY Excellence in Technology Award. He has also been named to the Forbes Midas List, which ranks top venture capitalists who have created the most wealth for their investors.

- Principal, The Stephens Group
- Hunter Carpenter is a principal at The Stephens Group, LLC and serves as the assistant to the co-chairman and chief executive officer, Witt Stephens, Jr. He focuses on cultivating strong relationships with management teams, and on optimizing capital structures to the unique needs and wants of individual companies and their shareholders and managers.
- Prior to joining The Stephens Group, he was the executive assistant to Witt Stephens, Jr. at Stephens Group, Inc. where he assisted Mr. Stephens across a broad range of principal investing activities, and monitored certain of the Stephens family’s portfolio investments. Previously, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Stephens Inc., an investment bank.
- He has been involved as both a principal investor and advisor with the sourcing, analysis, negotiation and execution of leveraged buy-out, recapitalization and growth equity transactions. In addition, he has assisted the management teams of partner companies in evaluating add-on acquisitions and executing strategic objectives.
- Mr. Carpenter currently serves as a director for Inform Technologies, Spitzer Industries, Inc. and Acute Technological Services, Inc. He received a Bachelors of Accountancy, Masters of Accountancy and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and has published articles in the fields of Corporate Finance and Constitutional Law.
- James P. Bankoff

- Senior Advisor, Providence Equity Partners
- James Bankoff is a Senior Advisor of Providence. Prior to joining Providence in 2008, Mr. Bankoff served as Executive Vice President of programming and products at AOL. Previously, Mr. Bankoff served as President of AOL Web Properties, where he coordinated the integration of online properties across Time Warner. In this role, he was responsible for Netscape, CompuServe, Moviefone, MapQuest, ICQ and AOL Instant Messenger services.
- While at AOL, Mr. Bankoff spearheaded the development of the new AOL.com and TMZ.com. He presided over consumer web sites such as Moviefone, MapQuest, BloggingStocks, AOL Music and Engadget. Mr. Bankoff also oversaw AOL's industry-leading instant messaging services, AIM and ICQ, and new social networking and community applications including Blogsmith and Netscape.com.
- Mr. Bankoff serves on the boards of Audible, Qloud, Sportsblogs, Inc and Network for Good. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
