VICE PRESIDENT, CONTENT
Michael Gay, Vice President, Content, oversees the original and distributed content strategy and relationship management with many of Inform’s 500+ content partners, including over 400 local television station affiliates representing all 50 states. Michael also manages the day-to-day editorial priorities for Inform’s original video content created by our digital studio in the Atlanta headquarters.
Michael is an award-winning digital media leader with over 16 years of experience, and has been part of teams responsible for generating billions of pageviews and millions of dollars in digital revenue. Before joining Inform, Michael was Vice President of Interactive Media at Journal Broadcast Group where he launched the acclaimed Radio League app and national sites NowTrending.com and NashvilleEdge.com. Additionally, Michael served as the Corporate Executive Producer, Digital Media for Hearst Television, where he developed and executed the national content and distribution strategy for the group’s 29 sites. Early in his career, Michael worked in a variety of digital media roles for WBBM-TV, a CBS TV Stations Group station; KRON-TV and WLNS-TV, Young Broadcasting stations; and WILX-TV, a Benedek Broadcasting station.
Michael earned a Telecommunications degree from Michigan State University and a Masters of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University.
