Julie Roach, Esq., Corporate Counsel, is responsible for legal support and advice for all Inform business. She manages legal matters spanning contracts, securities, intellectual property, corporate, and compliance. Julie drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts including strategic relationships, content licensing, distribution agreements, advertising contracts, technology licenses, and leases.
Julie is a board member for the National Association of Record Industry Professionals and a member of the American Bar Association. She is also an active member on the Board of Advisors for Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, where she helps provide pro bono legal services and educational programing to low-income artists and non-profit arts organizations.
Before joining Inform, Julie previously worked with several solo practitioners and boutique firms including The Hollan Entertainment Law Group, LLC, and D. Gonzalez Law Group, LLC presents Letterbox Legal. Additionally, Julie worked at Live Nation Entertainment, where she administered music licensing and publishing contracts. She also has held positions for ASCAP and The Coca-Cola Company.
Julie earned her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and graduated with a certificate in Transactional Law and Skills. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree cum laude in Political Science from the University of Georgia. Julie is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia.
