Julie Roach, Esq., Corporate Counsel, provides legal support and advice to all of INFORM’s business units. She manages INFORM’s legal matters spanning Contracts, Securities, Intellectual Property, Corporate, and Compliance. Julie drafts, reviews, and negotiates company contracts including strategic relationships, content licensing, distribution agreements, advertising contracts, technology licenses, leases, and other agreements while interfacing directly with outside counsel on particular matters.
Julie has worked with ASCAP, at The Coca-Cola Company, and with several solo practitioners and boutique firms including The Hollan Entertainment Law Group, LLC and D. Gonzalez Law Group, LLC presents Letterbox Legal. Julie is an active member of the National Association of Record Industry Professionals board and the planning committee for the Atlanta Bar’s annual LawJam as well as a member of the American Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia Corporate Counsel and Entertainment and Sports Law sections. At Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, Julie helped provide pro bono legal services and educational programming to low-income artists and non-profit arts organizations. At Live Nation Entertainment, Julie administered music licensing and publishing contracts. Julie has played alto saxophone for over 15 years and enjoys serving as a Kansas City Barbecue Society Certified Barbecue Judge.
Julie received her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, and graduated with a certificate in Transactional Law and Skills. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Music and Philosophy. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia.
