In his current role, Brent’s team focuses on helping publishers and content providers utilize Inform technology to create video first publishing experiences that engage and delight users while optimizing return on investment. He joined the Inform team in 2018, helping to solidify the company’s leadership and expertise in publisher platforms, content services, and cross- screen video advertising.
Prior to joining Inform, Brent served as SVP of Corporate and Business Development at Videology Group helping establish the SAAS based publisher business for cross screen video advertising that supported broadcasters, cable operators, and video centric publishing platforms. Brent was co-founder of Collider Media in 2009 and in 2012 Videology acquired Collider.
During his tenure at Collider Media Brent served as President and CRO, where his in-depth understanding of the consumer and mobile data space helped publishers safely and securely provide in-depth ad targeting data without a risk to consumer privacy. This solution helped poise Collider as a bright spot in the mobile marketing and advertising community. Brent also served as the US Senior Director of Business Development for Yahoo! Mobile. At Yahoo he was responsible for developing strategic mobile partnerships with content providers, resellers, publishers, and advertisers. Brent and his team focused on integrating customer insights and advertiser needs to guide the development of Yahoo!'s mobile content properties, ad solutions, publisher partnerships, and reseller relationships.
Before Yahoo! Mobile, Brent's technology career started at Dell Inc., where he focused on global consumer Internet partnerships. In addition, he held roles in consumer brand marketing, on-line sales, and product marketing.
